Our Objective

House Call’s objective is to provide the client with useful and relevant information about the house they are purchasing.  We want to:

  1. Minimize the worry and uncertainty you may feel when making what may be the largest purchase of your life.
  2. Use everyday language and examples to help you understand what the inspector is trying to explain.
  3. Help give you an idea of what problems may occur in the future, not just concentrating on the house’s current condition.
  4. Give you an easily understandable written report, complete with photographs, that allows you to make an informed purchasing decision.  The report will prioritize the findings to help you understand.
  5. Be available at a later date for telephone calls, both before and after the purchase.  As long as you own your house, feel welcome to call House Call for advice, information, etc.  (That’s seven days a week during normal waking hours)  No extra charge!
