One of the most gratifying parts of being a home inspector is the response of clients.  The following are some of the notes I have received in the past.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help and great advice during the inspection of my new town home.  You went above and beyond explaining things and helping this first time homeowner know what was important and what needs to be done.  You have no idea how much you helped me and made me more confident about becoming a homeowner!  The previous owner agreed to all the repairs and we’re set to close on the 27th!  (Name) was stuck at the station that day while Hartsfield was shut down.  He wanted me to tell you how sorry he was he didn’t make it there to say hi!
