Who is House Call Inspections? House Call Inspections' only employee is Wendell C. Dennison, its president. Wendell has personally inspected over 4,000 homes since 1997. Prior to becoming a home inspector, he had his own home repair business. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University, earned in 1977. He recently acted as his own general contractor in building his own house. An independent survey of past House Call clients confirms true professionalism. An on-going anonymous survey conducted by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) asked several questions. Each question could be answered 1-5 (with 5 being excellent). A 4.8 rating was earned for the question, “Please rate how the ASHI inspector educated you about your property.” In response to the question, “How would you rate the ASHI inspector’s preparedness and professionalism?” the rating was 4.9. The identical rating was earned for the question. “Please rate how the ASHI inspector responded to your needs and questions.” In response to the question, “Please rate how the ASHI inspector handled the inspection process, Wendell received a perfect 5.0 rating. Responses like these are no accident. Only a knowledgeable inspector committed to superior client service can approach satisfaction results like these.
