ABOUT US
House Call Inspections, Inc is owned by Wendell C. Dennison. Wendell has personally inspected over 4,900 homes since 1997 and has all of the professional credentials that anyone who is serious about being a should have. He exceeds ASHI's (American Society Of Home Inspectors) requirements as a Certified Home Inspector and GAHI's (Georgia Association Of Home Inspectors) Certified Inspector. He is an International Code Council Residential Combination Inspector, a very challenging designation based on a person's knowledge of residential building codes.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, Wendell has worked in the real estate field since1983 and, prior to becoming a home inspector in 1997, had his own home repair business. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977 and has acted as a general contractor in both commercial and residential projects, including building his own home.
