CERTIFICATIONS
Since Georgia has no state licensing requirement for home inspectors, it is important that you qualify your inspector and verify their credentials. Wendell Dennison has all of the credentials that a person who is a professional home inspector should have.
Membership in ASHI (The American Society Of Home Inspectors). Since 1997, a fully credentialed Certified Home Inspector, the Association's highest member designation.

Membership in GAHI (The Georgia Association of Home Inspectors) Since 2000, a fully credentialed ICC Certified Residential Combination Inspector, their highest membership designation. Go to GAHI.com to verify GAHI membership.
International Code Council Residential Combination Inspector.
Since 1997 (when it was previously called the CABO One and Two Family Residential Dwelling). This is a difficult credential to obtain that confirms a person's formal education in residential building codes.
